Beth Allen, has been appointed to the Mitchell Community College board of trustees by the Governor’s office. Allen is a CPA and senior audit manager for GreerWalker LLP, a Charlotte-based accounting and business advisory firm.
Allen, who lives in Mooresville, is a graduate of the University of N.C. at Charlotte and has a master’s degree in accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, N.C. Association of Certified Public Accountants, Charlotte Chamber Manufacturing and the Charlotte World Trade Association. She serves on the Boards of the Children and Family Services Inc. and the N.C. Charter Educational Foundation.
