Joseph Greene
Business is Joseph Greene’s passion. Greene began his studies at Mitchell in 2008, focusing in on business administration and management. Being economically minded, Greene knew from the start that Mitchell was an excellent investment. “Mitchell is a great college,” Greene stated. “You can get the same education here instead of going to a four year university. I was able to complete my courses and graduate and not have debt hanging over me.”
Greene recalled how instructors ensured concepts in the classroom applied to real life, whether it was a simple assignment or a business capstone course. When his professional responsibilities became full time, the flexibility at Mitchell allowed him to continue his studies part time, online and in evenings. “Mitchell provided me all the courses I needed to accomplish my goals,” he related. Greene graduated in May 2015 with his Associates in business administration and certificate in management. He currently works for Mid-States Bolt in Statesville and hopes to continue on to become a manager of a branch location. Mitchell’s affordability and quality, Greene noted, has helped prepare him to excel.
