Introduction  Excel          Student to bring Flash Drive 
In this Introduction to Microsoft Excel class, students will create and edit basic worksheets and workbooks. This course is designed for students who want to gain the necessary skills to create, edit, format, and print Basic Microsoft Excel worksheets.

Target Audience: Students who have little or no experience with Microsoft Excel.


**Prerequisite: Students should have basic computer experience using the mouse and keyboard, locating their Documents folder and starting Excel.   

 

Intermediate Excel **      Student to bring Flash Drive to class
In this Intermediate Level Microsoft Excel class, students will continue working with worksheets and workbooks. This course is designed for students who want to design their own workbooks — to create formulas, tables, and charts as opposed to simply entering or reviewing data.

Target Audience: Students who have a basic understanding of entering and reviewing data in Excel and now want to learn how to create/design worksheets for their own projects.


**Prerequisite: Students should have a basic understanding of using the Ribbon, entering/formatting text and numbers, creating a simple formula and printing a worksheet.      

Advanced Excel**          Student to bring Flash Drive to Class
Streamline Repetitive Tasks Using Macros and Keyboard ShortcutsNow that you use Excel on a regular basis, let’s automate your repetitive tasks using Macros. Class includes an extensive review of keyboard shortcuts.


Present Your Data Cleanly and Concisely Using PivotTables and Pivot Charts
Many large spreadsheets are useful for the person entering the data, but not for the person reviewing the data. Learn how to create tables and charts that “pivot” with your choices on how to view the data so you can maximize your results.


**Prerequisite:  Students must have  advanced knowledge of Excel
