Mitchell Community College will host an Open House for high school juniors, seniors and their parents on Thursday evening, March 27. The event will include admissions information sessions, campus tours, and a “majors fair” showcasing the many programs Mitchell has to offer. Coordinators will be on hand to discuss their programs along with college transfer and career opportunities. Information sessions will begin at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. in Shearer Hall. Registration will begin 30 minutes prior to each session in the Main Building, Room 129.
An information session for the Career and College Promise program will be in the Science Building, Room 105 at 6 p.m. This program offers high school juniors and seniors an opportunity to earn college credit, tuition-free while still in high school.
