Dr. Tim Brewer, president of Mitchell Community College presents Alex Cook, a junior at Lake Norman High School with a new an iPad. Cook won the iPad drawing for participating in the Mitchell’s Advanced Manufacturing Day, an event that was part of a state-wide initiative to show prospective students and parents how innovative technologies are setting new industry standards, creating lucrative career opportunities.
