The Community Chorus will perform a holiday concert on Tuesday, Dec. 10 at 7:30 in Shearer Hall. The program will offer a variety of songs to please all ages and all musical tastes. Some featured pieces include: a Celtic version of I Saw Three Ships, with flute and piano; the traditional Do You Hear What I Hear, accompanied by percussion; two upbeat accapella carols; and the hit song Sparklejollytwinklejingley from the Broadway musical, Elf. The Chorus is directed by Emily Schuttenberg.
The event is free and open to the public. Shearer Hall is located on the main historic campus in Statesville.
